1. Premium Subscription Refund Policy
You can get a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date, if and when you didn’t use the service, that is, you haven’t downloaded any assets. In that case, you can request a refund here: >link<
If our system shows that any assets have been downloaded on your account, you are not entitled to a refund for any reason whatsoever.
3. Refund Process
After your refund request has been approved, please allow up to 14 days for this process to be complete. We apologise for any inconvenience you may have while using our service. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

The Kreatist License

We created a simple, transparent and straightforward license for all of our users.
1. What is allowed?
The Kreatist license gives you the right to use any asset(s) downloaded on Kreatist in unlimited "creations". Your creation(s) must have an added value beyond the original asset itself, requiring time, effort and skill. You are allowed to use the licensed asset(s) in:
(✓) Personal and commercial projects
(✓) Merchandising & product packaging
(✓) Physical and digital advertisement
(✓) Video production
(✓) Games & Apps
(✓) Sub-licensing to a client
(✓) NFT projects
2. The downloaded assets are yours to use forever.
Once you download an asset under Kreatist License, you can use it in unlimited projects, forever.
You can re-download it for free as long as it’s available on the website.
3. And your clients are covered too.
When you create a project for a client, the Kreatist assets that you used in that project are automatically sub-licensed to your client, but the original license is only yours (lean more about sub-licensing under “Key Definitions” bellow).
4. What is prohibited?
The following license restrictions apply to your use of Kreatist Asset(s). It is strictly prohibited to:
(X) Resell, redistribute or share the licensed asset(s) either for free or for payment.
(X) Use the asset(s) and/ "Creation(s)" in a competitive use cases, (including but not limited to "stock websites" and "digital marketplaces").
(X) Use the asset(s) in a logo or trademark of any kind.
(X) Incorporating the asset(s) and/or creation(s) into digital templates (including but not limited to "website templates" and "video templates").
(X) Use the asset(s) in any way that allows anyone else than licensee to access or extract the original asset files. NOTE: As an exception, this use is permitted when you share project files with a client/production partners, however, it is strictly prohibited for your client/collabotor(s) to extract or reproduce the licensed assets for other, unrelated projects.
(X)Falsely represent authorship and/or ownership of the asset(s).
5. Key definitions:
What is a "creation"?
A creation is any end product/project created by incorporating the asset(s) you have downloaded on Kreatist. In order to comply with the license allowances, your creation(s) must have an added value beyond the original asset(s), requiring time, effort and skill to produce.
What is an "asset"?
An asset is any digital product made available on Kreatist website including but not limited to 3D models, PBR materials, textures, design elements, add-ons etc.
What is "sub-licensing"?
Sub-licensing is expanding the license of your downloaded Kreatist asset(s) to your client. This allows them to use your "creation" without having to buy an extra license, however it is strictly prohibited for your client/collaborator(s) to extract or reproduce the original licensed asset(s) for other, unrelated projects. When sharing the project files with client and/or other collaborators, you must make sure they are familiar with the licenses restrictions.

The problem with the digital marketplaces today.
At Kreatist, we have identified inconsistent and oversaturated digital asset marketplaces and stock websites as one of the crucial problems we are trying to solve. Since everybody can enter those marketplaces, they are filled with mediocre assets many of which are never downloaded, used, or even seen. Customers are being overstimulated having to browse through oceans of assets and when they find something they like, chances are that the quality is just poor.
